Charles River Neighborhood Foundation

Grants

Since it's inception, the Charles River Neighborhood Foundation has supported the following projects and organizations, furthering their commitment to serving the Charles River, the environment and cultural and community resources.

Projects: Newton Conservators - Ordway Park Project; Newton Conservation Commission and the Charles River Watershed Association - Mary Sender Path; The Green Decade Coalition - Solar Energy Project; The Newton Conservation Commission and the City of Newton - Environmental Science Program; the Brigham Community House; CAN-DO (Citizen's for Affordable Housing in Newton Development Organization, Inc.); NewtonServes; the Greater Boston Chinese Cultural Association; the Newton Tree Conservancy; the Williams Elementary School - Outdoor Community Classroom project; the Pigeon Hill Beautification Project; the Newton Lower Falls Beautification Committee, UMASS Boston's Institute for Asian American Studies; and many, many more organizations in and around Newton and the Greater Boston area.

We hope to continue to provide support for many other organizations and projects in the coming years.
